
1) Welcome to DoodyHunters™. With an unmatched customer experience and a future focused plan that has already seen hundreds of tons of pet waste diverted out of our landfills and into the compost, we aim to provide you a premium service that’s guaranteed to leave you, your pets and the planet as happy as a dog with 2 tails, while saving you time (and your back) in the process. You’ve got enough sh*t to deal with, let us take a load off your mind!
2) We stand behind our “Doody Free” guarantee. This means that if you are unsatisfied with your cleanup, and you inform us before 4:00PM that same day, we will send a tech back that day to take care of the oversight, if it is later than 4:00PM, we will send someone the following day, this will be free of charge. If you do not inform us of an issue within 72 hours (3 days) of your service, there will be a follow-up fee, equal to the weekly service price, charged before we will return.
3) Spring Cleanup
● This service is subject to our Doody Free guarantee.
● Payment is required prior to your service however it is fully refundable, at anytime, up to 12 hours before your service date. If you do not reach out at least 12 hours before your scheduled service, a $12 administrative fee will be deducted from your prepayment, and the remainder will be refunded in the same method in which payment was made (e.g. EFT or credit card)
● We ask that dogs are kept inside for the duration of the cleaning, which should last no longer than 1 hour, and we will endeavour to give you a 3 hour window in which to expect our team.
● We also ask that the gate is unlocked and that our crew can access the yard safely. If we are not able to access the yard when we arrive, for any of these reasons, our techs will knock on your door and let you know. If we can’t connect with you, the cleaning will have to be rescheduled. There is no fee, but your cleaning will be moved to the next available time slot.
● We ask that you keep us updated as to the status of your yard regarding melting. We understand that it can be unsightly and frankly kind of gross as the snow melts but please understand we are not able to clean doody out of, or out from under ice.
● The longer you can wait for melting, the better job we’ll be able to do for you.
● If you’d like us to come “get what we can”, the Spring Cleanup rate will apply for the initial cleanup. Should you want us to return, our follow-up rates will apply.
4) Weekly Service
● This service is subject to our Doody Free guarantee.
● Service will take place on the same designated day of the week, every week from the beginning of May until the end of October (After October, our Winter Warfare terms take effect)
● We do ask that your dog(s) remain inside for the cleaning, and we can access the yard. If the dog is out or the yard otherwise inaccessible, we will knock on the front door to let you know. If we can’t connect with you, service will not be provided and no credit given.
● Invoices for the upcoming month of service will be sent during the last week of the current service month (e.g. you’ll see an invoice at the end of May for services to continue through June)
● Invoices will be for the number of expected service days for the upcoming month, most have 4 but some months will have 5. (e.g. there are 5 Fridays this May (2026))
● Invoices must be paid in full for service to continue. If payment is not received prior to your next scheduled service, service will not be provided, and your account will be paused until payment is received.
● Service will not be provided on statutory holidays. If the holiday falls on a Monday, service will be moved to Tuesday. Should the holiday fall on a Friday, service will be moved to the Thursday prior.
● If service is not going to be required (for vacation etc.), let us know as soon as possible and we will adjust the schedule. If the invoice for that month has already been sent, the week(s) will be credited to the next month of service. If the invoice has not yet been sent, the week(s) away will not be included on the invoice. If you don’t inform us, and we provide service, no credit will be given.
5) Full Season Summer Package
● All services are subject to our “Doody Free Guarantee”
● Includes a “Spring Cleanup”, 26 weeks of “Weekly Service” and an application of EZ clean lawn deodorizer.
● Must be paid in full before May 3rd, 2026, when weekly service commences.
● Spring Cleanup is subject to the same conditions as listed under “Spring Cleanup”
● Weekly Service is subject to the same conditions as listed under “Weekly Service” with the exception that weeks will not be credited for vacation as 3 free weeks are built into the package.
● Should you decide you would no longer like to continue the service, for whatever reason, you will only be charged for services rendered up to that day; they will, however, be billed at the regular weekly rate, the regular spring cleanup rate and the regular EZ Clean application rate - the remainder will be refunded the same way in which you paid. (i.e. EFT or credit card)
● While we do appreciate a heads up if you’re going to be away for a while, credits and/or refunds, partial or otherwise, will not be issued for any of the 26 weeks included as part of the Full Season Package for any customer-led pause in service less than 4 weeks long.
6) Weekly Winter Service (Invoiced monthly)
● Same invoicing procedure as outlined in the “Weekly Service” terms
● “Doody Free Guarantee” does not apply, however if service has been consistently provided throughout the season, you will not be subject to a Spring Cleanup and there will be no additional charge for cleanup of anything that may have been missed throughout the winter.
● Service will take place on the same designated day of the week, every week from the first week of November until the end of April (After April, our “Weekly Service” terms take effect)
● Should the weather make service impossible that week, you will be informed, and the week will be credited to the next month of service.
● Should you miss 1 month of service due to nonpayment, at any point during the season, the monthly rate, based on the number of dogs, will be charged in lieu of the spring cleanup rate, in addition to the weekly rate, should you like your weekly service to continue.
● Should you miss 2 months of service, you will be subject, based on the number of dogs, to the full Spring Cleanup rate. This must be paid in addition to the weekly service before service will recommence.
● If weekly service has not been consistently provided throughout the winter season, you may not be eligible to begin weekly service until May as your yard will require a Spring Cleanup before weekly service can begin.
7) Full Winter Season Package
● Service will take place on the same designated day of the week, every week from the beginning of November until the end of April (After April, our Summer season terms take effect)
● We do ask that your dog(s) remain inside for the cleaning, and we can access the yard. If the dog is out or the yard otherwise inaccessible, we will knock on the front door to let you know. If we can’t connect with you, service will not be provided and no credit given.
● Should the weather make service impossible that week, you will be informed and service will continue the following week. Credit will not be given.
● With this package, the spring cleanup will not be necessary and your yard will be ready for you as the snow melts!
8) At DoodyHunters, we understand that sh*t happens. Should you require arrangements for payments, please just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate and work with you. If late payments and/or missed months become an ongoing concern, we may decide to discontinue your service.
